Boredom Munchies: really similar to drunk munchies, or whatever else munchies.
We swear it's a thing, google it...
We know how it goes ((trust, we're there all the time)), home from work, kick of the shoes, sit on the couch, turn on the tv, need a snack.
Or, sitting at work, it's slow, need a snack.
Or, at a friends, nothing to do, need a snack.
Or, Etc, etc, etc!
Whatever the occassion is, we have all been there before. But there's a way to fight the "Boredom Munchies" and let us just tell you how it works. Keep healthy stuff in your fridge, Drink a large glass of water ((actually, drink it all day long)), and try to remember you ARE what you EAT! IT'S SERIOUSLY THAT EASY.

Dry Roasted Edamame
Frozen Edamame ((COSTCO! Throw them in the micro, 2 min. The end.))
Raw Almonds
Strawberries ((Night time sweet tooth))
Chocolate Almond Milk ((when strawberries won't do))
Banana Strawberry Chocolate Smoothie
So B's, we know it's not always easy, nothing worth having ever is. But if you just stock your pantry/fridge with healthy things, naturally, that's what you'll end up eating. Your wallet ((going out for junk food is sooo expensive!!)) and your waistline will thank you!
