Hello Hello Bimbos! Hope you all had a fabulous Easter weekend, we definitely enjoyed our time away from work! As you know, all good things must come to an end. So sadly, we're here typing to you from our desk at work. At any rate, we wanted to share what we're making for dinner! Just in case you were curious.... We love anything and everything spicy, so tonight on our menu is, Spicy Turkey Burgers (hold the bun) with pepper jack cheese. mmmmmm. We're excited just thinking about it.
Here's what you'll need:
((Yields 2 Bimbo servings))
1/2 pound Ground Turkey Meat (99% Lean is Gab's fave)
1/2 of canned Jalapenos
1/2 of small canned Green Chiles
Dash of salt and pepper (of course)
2 slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
2 Slices of Tomato
Lettuce to wrap your burger in
In a large bowl combine turkey meat with jalapenos, green chiles, and salt and pepper. Shape the meat into two round burger patties. Cook on medium for 4-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Put your pepper jack cheese on to melt.
Top with tomato and whatever else your little Bimbo heart's desire and wrap with lettuce! Voila, a yummy satisfying burger, without the heavy bread! Dig in Bimbos and we hope you enjoy.
