Hello, again. Gab here. I'm making up for lost time... two posts in one day, after two weeks of silence?... I know, it's overwhelming to say the least.
Anyways Bimbos, I wanted to tell you about my latest obsession. Seriously cannot make enough of these! If fruit didn't have so many sugars and I had more than one blender, I'd live off smoothies. It's like dessert. All day. Whenever I want. Without the guilt. HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT?! I've been trying out all sorts of different ones and thought I'd share my faves.
Strawberry, Banana, Peach
1 Cup Dole Frozen Fruit Tropical Blend
1 Cup Trop 50 (OBSESSED) Orange Juice
3/4 Cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt
1 Handful of Spinach
Chocolate Banana
1 Cup LIGHT Silk Soy Chocolate Milk
1 Whole Banana
1 Handful of Spinach
Cup of Ice Cubes
A bit of Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt
(You can also add peanut butter to this! Also DEEEElicious.)
Strawberry Banana
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Whole Banana
1 Handful of Kale
1 Cup Yogurt
Splash of Fat Free Milk
Seriously though Bimbos, the options are ENDLESS. I also love frozen strawberries with a chocolate protein shake (thanks Gen) and some ice. You can throw some chia seeds into any of these as well. I cannot get enough! Hope you Bimbos enjoy! Share your recipes below. I'd love some more to try out!
