As you Bimbos know, we have been on our health journey for awhile now. Recently we considered going "Paleo" and started about a week ago today ((Ps, for the rest of our Paleo-ians, check out http://www.PaleoCupboard.com I'm a little obsessed with her blog/recipes)). Usually I suffer from an iron deficiency which makes me extremely tired. However, this past week I have had an incredible change in energy. Not only am I waking up earlier every day, I'm able to go and go without needing a moment to rest, even hitting the gym twice a day!! I am so excited to be changing our lifestyle so drastically and cannot wait to see the results (we are both already down a few pounds)! The hardest part for me is the no dairy (Cheese, I miss you so much) Not only has my energy increased but feel that my stamina during workouts has also increased! Finally getting my mile run to an 11 minute average (not amaze, but better!!) For any of you Bimbos wanting a change, I'd highly recommend Paleo. I feel way better about the things I'm eating and obviously love the way it's making me feel!
