Hey Bimbos! So it's Monday and we figured we would hit the ground running (figuratively, at least). We have set some ground rules/reminders for each other that we thought we should share.
So, it's a big change (for us at least). We know we are going to slip up sometimes, and that's okay. The most important thing is to remember, if you fall, you have to get right back up. Consistency is key! Thanks for stopping by Bimbos! Stay happy & stay healthy!

- Just because it's "diet" doesn't mean it's healthy.
- While debating what to have for dinner, the options, McDonald's, Taco Bell, & In-N-Out should be avoided.
- EAT MORE VEGGIES!
- Exercise! Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is NOT a good enough excuse to skip your gym sesh. (however, the new episode of GIRLS is.)
- Bread/grains should not be the "leading role" on our plate. They are "supporting" roles.
- Less gluten= Less Gab/Mel
- Watch less TV.
- Time management. Time management. Time management.
- Fruit is our friend.
- Turkey meat not red meat.
- DRINK MORE WATER! (Diet Coke, we will miss you!)
- Stay focused and stay positive.
