Hi Bimbos! So sorry we haven't posted in a full week! We have been so busy, work, St. Patrick's Day, and finding time to work out, we haven't even had a chance to think! But, we're back and ready to refocus.
Our St. Patrick's day we let ourselves indulge a bit, have a few drinks, and eat a few carbs. We definitely had a good time but come Monday we were ready to get right back into our fitness/health routines. We think that it's important to keep your eye on the prize. Although it's not against the rules to have some fun and indulge remember to get right back on track. Do not deprive yourself from anything. The key is MODERATION (which you Bimbos already know from our Moderation post...)!
