Let's talk about Abs (or in our case flABS). As you Bimbos know, we are trying to get in shape. We have been doing lots of cardio but we also need to get in more strength training and ab work. Thankfully, our roommate K-dog recently purchased us a workout ball that we can't seem to get enough of. It has been sitting in our living room so that while we catch up on a little bit of tv we can still get our abs on. This morning we're doing this workout (found on Pinterest from our fave FitSugar) prefaced with our 1,000 jump reps (so important to warm up). Here ya go Bimbos, feel free to join in!
